MARINO LODGE
A large self-catering holiday house, offering delightful accommodation on the west coast of Scotland, near the village of Lochailort in the Lochaber area of the Highlands. Surrounded by a huge and beautiful scenic area of the Scottish West Highlands, the lodge offers some of Scotland's most spectacular scenery, with sea views out to the Inner Isles. It is situated just off "The Road to the Isles", the A830 from the Inverness-shire town of Fort William to the port of Mallaig.
Marino Lodge is a family home which has been owned by the Forbes family since 1985. It has traditional Highland features combined with comfortable accommodation. It fits into neither category of castles nor self-catering cottages but offers the unique ambience of a large house on a centuries-old historic estate which dates back to the Jacobite rising, and before that to the Clanranalds.
